Best treatment center I have ever been to. The staff is very caring and has helped me whenever I needed it. They all go above and beyond to do their job and give you the best care possible.

I've had addiction treatment here for the last 9 years and never once have I relapsed. This is a great place to go and keeps you in line!!! Please schedule an appointment today if you are addicted to opiates like I was!! It will be the best move of your life trust me!

Fabulous staff and their willingness to go the extra mile has restored my faith in society and mental health clinics. The case management team is accommodating and supportive. Heather and Michelle are amazing counselors and their medical staff works so hard to develop treatment plans that are specific and conducive to your needs. Best team I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with!!!!

As my new substitute Case Manager, Elysia, is doing a fantastic job. She is taking care of things that other case managers have not. She is always there, if needed and then some. She's a keeper. :) I have been coming to Charak since 2014 and i am very pleased with my services that have been offered to me.

Everyone at the Charak Center is amazing. The staff makes you feel welcome and that makes it easier to open up about what is troubling you. It's nice that you have one case manager, one therapist, and one person to help with medication. With them having their own pharmacy makes refills easier and if you can't pick them up you can arrange for your medications to be delivered.

My experience at the Cherek Center is one of feeling welcome and safe the case workers(veronica)(Arlene) are always on top of things when it comes to there clients and go above and beyond to meet there needs on an individual basis. All the staff there are very friendly and the I.O.P. instructor/therapist is always so kind and tries to also help you where you are understanding everyone may not be at the safe place which is very important. The Cherek Center is a very good place to be and I recommend if your needing help REACH OUT!!! you'll be very thankful you did.

I couldn't be more grateful for the help I have received from Charak... I'm far beyond grateful for the particular people who have stood by me through all I have faced on my journey. It's difficult to to help others especially those in addiction because we at our worse no longer live a life that is acceptable, truthful, conducive to positive outcome but one that guarantees death, incarceration and great pain. Those we go to for help need be 100% passionate and knowledgeable of what is necessary to help... From the moment I first arrived I can't remember one week that went by that I didn't speak to Arlene in the Mentor Office. She is an amazing person and I trust her 100% . She's never gives up. She doesn't say one thing and do another. I have never seen her act in any disrespectful manner or cancel appointments consistently I just think she is a very generous , and honest person. I'm so pleased with my new Counselor Heather. She is also a very honest and caring person.

This place has helped me tremendously. Everyone at Charak has been very kind and curteous. Arlene picked me up from detox and has been going above and beyond to help me since then. She has been extremly supportive and helpful in getting my life back on track. I have had no problems since i started coming here 4 months ago. I have been going to the Charak Center for about 4 months now. They have helped me a lot. They definitely saved my life. Veronica Kelly has been an amazing case manager. She always goes above ajf beyond to do her job. She always makes me feel like I matter. I have been at charak for only a week and I am so grateful for only a week and i am so grateful to have found them . My case manager Veronica has been with me almost everyday helping me and I am so thankful for her . I have got my medication therapy and case maanager in less than a well . I do not know where I would be if it wasn't for them

I have been coming to Charak, Mentor for about a year and I am very pleased with the services. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and I feel very comfortable coming here and I would recommend these services to anyone I meet or know who why may need help. I am very thankful for them. The staff at Charak Center are awesome. My case manager Veronica is the best. She is always there when I need help. I can call here for help and she never tells me no. She always take the time to assist with all my problems. The practice mangers are very polite and helpful when I come in. They always make me smile. I am grateful for the services I have received.

I have been coming to Charak for a while. I am getting help at the Mentor office and they are very nice to me. Anything I need, they are there to help me and I am grateful. The case managers are the best in helping me with other stuff when I need help. They never rush me they take their time and I like that.

Every since November of last year to the present she been helping me to find housing and other places as well. She has a big Heart. How do you possibly measure when someone helps you get your life back. You can't put enough stars on this piece of paper. What I have gotten from Charak, Megan my case worker turned out to be my guardian angel. Without her in the picture and on my side, I would not be sitting here clean and sober. Not only an active participant in my own life, but happy joyous and free! PRICELESS.

I blindly made an appointmet sat down with my counselor and they welcomed me the stranger I was. THAT DAY!!!! I needed help A.S.AP. and amazingly and How fortunate I found Charak. I am ALWAYS asked if I have plenty of medication. There have been issues with my insurance and they were resolved the SAME day. Realizing I need my meds The staff immeadiately resolved my insuarnce needs. Dr. Ranjan always SINCERELY smile and waves hello. He is the leader and thank God for him. I know what a fake smile is and Dr. Ranjan NEVER pressures me with anythiNg and I KNOW for a FACT, I can sit down and talk to him that he TRUELY cares. The entire staff must have a heart to work there. I take noitice with everything. The receptionsit all the way to the Dr are always friendly. I believe Dr. Ranjan makes sure he not only hires one with skill, MORE importantly they must be friendly or will not be hired. I normally do not do reviews, however If One person sees this review and and needs help with their addiction or any problems go see RANJAN or staff.at Charak. The word NO has NEVER thank God come from their mouths to me. They always find away to resolve what may bother me. . The honest person I believe I am there is not ONE bad thing I have to say after OVER 4 years of Charaks services. The place is always clean. The chairs are extremely comfortable . More importantly I believe I have the best Dr. in the world today. He is experienced and quiet. He lets me talk and I listen and I know he cares about me. The same with my counselor, whom I have had for over 4 years. They have also saved many lives from people who are dependent on alcohol and drugs. They saved my LIFE!! Wev all do not achieve sobriety the first time, however I have seen them welcome back numerous people as they NEVER give up on ANYONE!!

Counselors knowledgeable about addiction and recovery. Casemanager tailors your treatment to your needs. Physician on site. Staff is understanding, nonjudgmental and professional.

Charak is such a great place and the employees really care. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the occasional wait time to get in for your appointment. I once waited over 2 1/2 hours and still didn't get in. I had to reschedule my appointment since we had to get our kids from school

This office has a family feel to it, very friendly staff everytime I come in.

Cherek has saved my life. I have there for a couple months. I have been clean for 2 weeks more than I have in years. I have successfully completed a treatment in luue of conviction felony case thanks to Cherek. The case managers are a God send. They get me to and from everything to help me improve my life. The IOP is great and the front desk is on top of their game and my therapist is the greatest and helps me so much. I love this place and everyone here. I would recommend Cherek to anyone who needs help with addiction and recovery or mental health.

I appreciate all that Charak has done for me. The Drs, counselors, and case managers have helped me immensely to be the person I am today. I am 8 months sober today because of their guidance. If your struggling with mental health or sobriety issues this is the place for you!

The receptionists and nurses at this location are helpful and usually respectful, but the attitudes from the other staff members are hit or miss, probably depending on what mood you catch them in. This facility would not be the first that I would recommend to other lgbt people.
