Visited there today as a new patient. First impression was bad as the people behind the glass window across from intake/registration were not professional. But other than the unprofessional first impression, everything else was very positive. Very kind, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Amanda, Carrie, Emily, Concetta were very kind and a pleasure to have met. The pharmacists were fast and had my medications ready right after my appointment ended. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone that is in need of mental health care in the Lake county area. Couldn't ask for a better all around experience.

I would like to thank the people at signature health for being there for me when I needed them. Because of there help I was able to overcome my addiction and get my life back. Your a great bunch of people who really do care. Thanks so much

Signature Health opens at 8am, but the PHARMACY doesn't open until 8:30

Was a patient from 2012-2014. I loved my counselor and the group sessions really helped me cope with my issues at the time. My only issue with this place is that they only accept Medicaid insurance which I don't think is fair. but hey life isn't fair. I would come back here in a heartbeat if they start accepting private insurances

This is an absolutely well put together place on so many levels. Yes @ times they get busy n you have to wait on hold or a few extra minutes because they're running late like all Dr's offices. However; the staff, counselors, nurses n Dr's are outstanding, compassionate and kind.
